Factory South is an Alabama limited liability company located in Alabama.  Our Privacy Policy is an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our members, customers, and with our brand partners. The Policy is designed to assist you in understanding in what ways we may collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of, the Terms and Conditions which govern your use of the website maintained and operated by Factory South. Although we are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust in all of our activities with you, this Privacy Policy does not govern our collection or use of data about you through other channels.

How is Information Collected

Factory South collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register for a service offered by the Site. If an order is placed with us, we may need to have access to and possess personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit and/or debit card billing addresses so that we can process and complete your order. Credit/debit card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment processing systems. Securing Information

When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our Web site, a secure server software which we have licensed encrypts all information you input before it is processed.

Other email that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as Social Security or account numbers to us through an unsecured email.

Information Security. We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction.

Evaluation of Information Protection Practices.

Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with corporate policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of our information.
